Capstone's scope of Development Management Services encompasses the following:

Development Phase
This phase includes project organization, the appointment of the various consultants, design development, budgeting, permitting, tendering/bidding and award to contractors, project management and construction management, cost control and financial management.

Post-Development And Disposition Phase
Work during this phase takes place following the substantial completion of the project and includes delivery of units as well as handover to clients or end users with occupancy permits.

Other Support Services
Other activities including marketing and sales, project accounting, reporting and controlling and cash flow management are ongoing activities that start at the project launching date and extend over the development period until the completion phase.
