Mr. Maalouf has more than a decade of real estate investment experience and is a key member of the deal team that executed over $200 million in transactions in prime areas of Beirut. Mr. Maalouf is actively involved in all investments made by Capstone Investment Group and oversees their development from start to finish. He has significant expertise in strategic, financial and operational analysis and is responsible for all aspects of finance and legal administration for the portfolio companies, including strategic planning and financial reporting. He also serves as a non-voting member on the Board of the portfolio companies where his involvement is valued and trusted by all stakeholders.

Prior to joining Capstone, Mr. Maalouf was a Manager at Navigant Capital Advisors, LLC, the Corporate Finance practice of Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: NCI), in Chicago, USA. In this role, he was a key member of the deal team negotiating and executing a diverse range of buy/sell-side transactions, as well as advising CEOs and CFOs on a variety of corporate finance issues, including strategic finance, valuation, and business planning. His clients ranged in size and stage from privately-held middle market companies to publicly-traded global industry leaders. His experience is valued for the perspective and knowledge gained having serviced companies in the media, financial services, real estate, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and business services industries. During his tenure at Navigant, Mr. Maalouf was awarded the Shared Values Leadership Award, which is granted to individuals who consistently demonstrate dedication to the firm, provide creative client service, as well as consistently exceed client and employee expectations.

Mr. Maalouf received his B.S. in Accounting and Finance with high distinction from Marymount University in Virginia and his M.S. in Finance from Boston University. Mr. Maalouf is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a CFA Charterholder (CFA).
